All Souls Catholic Parish at St. Ann Church Lansing is seeking a Coordinator to manage our religious education/faith formation program. Position Overview:
Coordinate the family-centered Children’s Religious Education Program for grades 1-8, including recruiting and training Catechists, developing curriculum, Sacramental preparation, and parent/student meetings. Coordinate RCIA program volunteers and work with other formation ministries, such as Children’s Liturgy of the Word, Vacation Bible School, teen group, etc.
Requirements:
Faith: Must be a practicing Catholic and a member of a parish. Must support the Archdiocese initiative of Building a New Reality (BNR).
Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Have the ability to plan, organize and meet deadlines. Demonstrate strong collaboration skills and lead by example.
